Know what needs attention
See personal status, upcoming activity, recent messages, and required next steps in one place.
One connected organization
Knight Connect brings member information, calendars, leadership, Safe Environment readiness, communications, and records into one permission-aware workspace built for Knights organizations.
Accounts are issued by invitation. There is no public registration.
Designed around the work
Members need clear next steps. Leaders need an accurate view of their people, responsibilities, events, and records. Knight Connect puts those experiences in one connected home.
See personal status, upcoming activity, recent messages, and required next steps in one place.
Connect member, leadership, event, communication, and unit information instead of maintaining separate lists.
Make features and protected records available according to permission and organizational scope.
Connected capabilities
Start with a clear home for everyday service, then make additional capabilities available according to the unit’s plan and each person’s permissions.
Keep authorized member directories, unit relationships, leadership positions, and day-to-day information connected in one shared view.
Give people the tools their responsibilities require while keeping protected work limited by permission and organizational scope.
Help members understand training and background-check needs, while authorized leaders review missing, expired, and upcoming requirements.
Prepare newsletters, manage governed audiences, coordinate through member messages, and keep communication work together.
Coordinate calendars and RSVPs, share private documents with defined audiences, and turn operational details into useful reports.
Selected exact units may use authenticated private CMS authoring and responsive preview during a controlled pilot. Access requires separate release admission, plan entitlement, role permission, and MFA.
See what needs attention
Members can understand their own training and background-check needs. Authorized leaders can review missing, expired, and upcoming requirements with the detail needed to follow up.
Communicate with context
Prepare newsletters, work with governed contact groups, coordinate through private messages, and keep calendars close to the people and units they serve.
Limited controlled pilot
CMS authoring is not included automatically with a standard plan. A selected unit can enter the private pilot only after its exact release admission, separate entitlement, assigned CMS role, and MFA requirements all pass.
Controlled private authoring and preview only · No public delivery
Built for every level
Knight Connect supports configurable organizational structures while keeping access limited to the responsibilities assigned to each person.
Plans and limits are configured for an exact unit type. Optional credit sharing is a deliberate choice—not an automatic result of the hierarchy.
Local membership, leadership, events, communications, and readiness.
Coordination across the units and officers within an assigned scope.
A diocesan workspace with its own configured features, rate, and limits.
State-level operations with deliberate access boundaries and reporting reach.
Plans that explain themselves
Plans can be configured by unit type with plain-language feature descriptions and visible usage limits. An available free plan can provide the automatic starting point. Published upgrades, recurring add-ons, and credit packs appear to authorized officers in the unit's Plan and billing workspace.
Private, unit-specific catalog
Sign in to compare the currently published price, cadence, services, quota resets, and compatible add-ons for the unit you are authorized to manage.
Open your unit workspaceTrust and access
Access begins through an organization, not an open signup form.
Protected workflows consider permission, scope, and organizational relationships.
Important administrative work can record what changed and why.
Public content stays separate from member, administrative, and restricted information.
Controlled release
Knight Connect begins with approved pilot units. Each pilot verifies purchasing, permissions, quotas, payment recovery, cancellation, and support before broader availability.
Common questions
The public experience explains the model without exposing private catalog, provider, or member information.
Knight Connect is being built for authorized Knights organizations and their members, from councils through district, chapter, diocesan, and state structures.
Accounts are invitation-only. Members sign in with the account issued through their organization; open public registration is not available.
When an administrator publishes a free plan for that exact unit type, it can serve as the automatic starting plan. Authorized, MFA-verified officers can purchase published paid plans and compatible add-ons from their unit's Plan and billing workspace.
No. Rates and plan eligibility are tied to the unit type. Optional shared-credit arrangements can be configured deliberately, but they are never assumed from the organizational hierarchy.
The member portal explains included capabilities, usage limits, remaining balances, and the monthly or annual prices published for that exact unit type. Public pages do not expose a unit's private catalog or billing state.
